Customer Service Representative
Great customer service often happens behind the scenes - making sure the details are right and every order moves smoothly from quote to production. At Cooling Systems Caribe, Inc., that work plays a key role in how we serve our customers.
We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and coordinating with sales and manufacturing to ensure orders are handled accurately from start to finish.
Since 1991, Cooling Systems Caribe, Inc. has manufactured radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, and generator radiators in Aibonito, serving customers across Puerto Rico and the mainland U.S. with quality products and dependable turnaround times.
In this role, you’ll help customers get the answers and pricing they need while ensuring orders move efficiently through our system and into production.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare quotes and complete sales transactions with customers by phone, email, text, and in person
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and professional communication
- Support outside sales representatives with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-up
- Create detailed and accurate work orders for manufacturing to ensure proper production
- Invoice customers and support billing and accounts receivable using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records, pricing information, and documentation to keep orders and operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Fluent Spanish and English (required for communication with both local and mainland U.S. customers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn - full training is provided
